Size- 

The average hotel room is around 300 square feet. If you're thinking 300 square feet isn't much... you're right. Condos, on the other hand, are more akin to a one to three bedroom apartment. All condos have complete kitchens and plenty of other amenities.

Kitchens Make a Difference-

Having a kitchen is a huge plus, especially for families with kids. Eating out is a huge part of any vacation budget and with a kitchen you are able to prepare meals, snacks, and have a full fridge to store those costly extras like bottled water or soft drinks. That little mini fridge at the hotel isn't much bigger than your cooler.

When it's time to compare amenities, nothing beats a condo. Almost all condos have pools on site, are oceanfront (with immediate beach access), and have free WiFi. Perfectly located just one mile from the heart of Surf City, you'll find Surf Condos. This 180 unit oceanfront complex houses one and two-bedroom units, each with a private balcony.
