I remember those long lazy days of summer growing up as a child on Topsail, leaving for college was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I was anxious to go, but eager to return. When I returned I knew it was for good. Marrying the Topsail Beach Police Chief, Rickey Smith was a great way of ensuring that. Our children, Jeff and Kayla grew up loving the small town environment of Topsail Island and will have their own memories of paradise to cherish. Having worked in real estate rentals and property management since 1986, I was licensed to sell in 1992. I strive to balance my time between family, work and extensive education to maintain cutting edge knowledge to benefit my clients. As a charter member of the World Wide Recreation & Resort Council, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council and Council of Residential Specialists, my alliance with these professional organizations enable me to succeed.
