One of the best things about a fall beach vacation on Topsail Island are all the great family-friendly events. This year there are loads of great things going on and around Topsail Island. Here are just a few of the events you won't want to miss.
NC Spot Festival
Since 1963 the NC Spot Festival has been an area event that visitors and locals alike have loved. The NC Spot Festival is a two-day event that benefits the local fired department and Pender County Schools. But, let's get to the fun stuff.
The festival takes place on Saturday and Sunday. Gates open at 9 a.m. Entry for children under 12 is free, and adults are $3.00. The festival includes fireworks on Saturday night, bouncy houses, bungee jumping and a rock wall. That's just for the kids. Parents and kids will love the numerous beach music bands playing throughout the weekend.Regional and national powerhouses like The Embers, Southern Trouble, and The Carolina Band will help you dance the weekend away. Of course, there is also the fish, lots of great fish. We'll see you at the NC Spot Festival in Hampstead!
Annual Autumn With Topsail 2018
Arts, Food, and Beach Music Started in 1988, The Autumn With Topsail Festival is held on the grounds of the Historical Society of Topsail Island and the Assembly Building which houses the Missiles & More Museum in Topsail Beach, NC. The festival features a juried Artists' and Crafts Court with over 100 regional artists displaying and selling their work. Enjoy exciting live musical entertainment, a variety of fantastic food with beer and wine, inflatables and crafts for children, and much more!
FREE Shuttle Service is provided from several local parking areas in Topsail Beach to the Festival Grounds.
